Thank you for your order. We expect most orders (except custom sewn covers and orders with down envelopes and pillows) to be complete within 3–14 days.
Orders that contain custom sewing/covers should be complete in 4–6 weeks.
Orders that contain down envelopes or custom pillows should be complete within 21 days.
We strive to consistently meet these time frames, but occasionally we run behind.
