The Best Foam Mattresses Made to Order

We offer 10 firmness and density combinations of foam mattresses to choose from. Prices start low using our standard EconoFlex™ foam and range up to dense, long-lasting and high-resiliency EverFlex™ foam that can last 20 years. Our EconoFlex foam grade is used for most consumer mattress brands. We recommend this grade of foam for mattresses that don’t get used a lot of use, such as guest beds and RVs. Our HR foam (high-resilience foam) will provide years of comfortable sleep without sagging and is available in a wide range of firmness levels.

If you’re looking for a foam mattress, we’ve got the right solution for any situation. Use our mattress material guide below or visit the Foam Learning Center for everything you need to know about high-grade mattress foam.

                  Foam Firmness

Take time to read the descriptions of our foam below. By knowing the pros and cons of each material, you can select the best foam mattress for years of better sleep. These descriptions are presented again at the bottom of the price quote page for your convenience. Keep in mind that thinner foam is softer and thicker foam is firmer than the descriptions given.

These descriptions apply to foam used as a mattress for a person weighing about 175 pounds (≈80 kg). Your weight will affect the foam’s firmness. Heavier people generally require firmer mattress foam while lighter people feel more comfortable on softer foam.

We have many more foam qualities than those listed here. Contact us for more information about our foam mattresses.

                  EverFlex™ V24

                  Medium-Soft

This durable foam is soft and comfortable but does not provide a great deal of mattress support. It’s a good choice for those who prefer a soft mattress when used above a firmer base. (Density: 2.6 lb./ft.³, ILD: 24)

(Note: ILD stands for Indentation Load Deflection. The number represents how many pounds of pressure are needed to compress a 7" × 7" area by one inch. A higher number means a firmer mattress.)

                  EverFlex™ V34

                  Firm

We recommend this very high-quality, high-density mattress foam for any cushion or mattress. We strongly recommend you buy a mattress cover to protect any foam of this quality from rips and stains. It is a very good foam that’s engineered using a high-resilience cell structure. (Density: 2.6 lb./ft.³, ILD: 34)

                  EverFlex™ V44

                  Very Firm

This is one of the highest-quality polyurethane foams available. It will give you many years of firm, durable support. It is highly recommended for seat cushions or mattresses. We strongly recommend you buy a custom cover to protect foam of this quality from rips and stains. It’s engineered using a high-resilience cell structure. (Density: 2.8 lb./ft.³, ILD: 44)

                  EverFlex™ V54

                  Extra Hard

EverFlex™ V54 is a high-quality, very firm grade of foam. It is great for a seat cushion or firm mattress but too firm for back cushions. If your weight is 200–230 pounds (91–104 kg), this will provide firm mattress support. We strongly recommend you buy a custom cover to protect foam of this quality from rips and stains. It’s engineered using a high-resilience cell structure. (Density: 2.9 lb./ft.³, ILD: 54)

                  EverFlex™ Rebond

                  Rigid

Rebond is our most durable and firmest foam. In most applications it won’t soften or dip with time. This very firm, high-density foam is perfect for applications that get a lot of use and compression, such as motorcycle seats, gym equipment, and high-use benches. For cushions it should be used with V44 or V54 foam glued on top to mitigate its firmness. For mattresses for very heavy individuals it should be used under 4" of memory foam. Since this foam is so dense it has very little give. (Density: 8 lb./ft.³)

                  DuraFlex™ D30

                  Firm

This is a good quality foam. We recommend it for mattresses, window seats and seat cushions. (Density: 2.2 lb./ft.³, ILD: 30)

                  DuraFlex™ D40

                  Very Firm

This is a good quality foam. We recommend it for mattresses, window seats and seat cushions. (Density: 2.2 lb./ft.³, ILD: 40)

                  EconoFlex™ C25

                  Medium-Soft

This foam is an inexpensive grade and good for any application in which you want something a little on the soft side. We recommend it for back cushions on a couch, guest beds, window seats or very thick seat cushions. (Density: 1.8 lb./ft.³, ILD: 18)

                  EconoFlex™ C33

                  Firm

A firm foam that is an inexpensive grade and good for any application that doesn’t get daily use. We recommend it for cushions on a couch, guest beds, window seats or really thick seat cushions. This quality is commonly found in new furniture. (Density: 1.8 lb./ft.³, ILD: 36)

                  EconoFlex™ C55

                  Very Firm

EconoFlex™ C55 is an inexpensive firm to very firm foam. It is fine for a guest bed, window seat or firm seat cushion in a sofa that is not used regularly. Regular use will break down this foam and its firmness will feel more “medium” with time. (Density: 1.8 lb./ft.³, ILD: 55)

                  Y33

                  Medium

A lightweight foam perfect for applications that will not be compressed very often. This inexpensive foam will soften and may deform from being compression packaged when shipped. It takes 1–2 weeks to fully uncompress after shipping. Y33 foam is not generally recommended for use as a mattress but is acceptable for occasional use. (Density: 1.2 lb./ft.³, ILD: 36)

                  Have loved for years

“After finding I sleep best in Europe on their foam rubber mattresses I was happy to find this company to make my first custom made mattress over 10 years ago! I have recently gotten another mattress to upgrade and love his firm it is! My custom made couch back cushions are also perfect. I will always use them for any foam order in future!”

Popup camper foam worked out great

“We bought two pieces, one EverFlex V34, the other V44 to replace one ILD 40 foam mattress that we let get mildew on (oops!). Now we have customized the two sides of our bed and are both very happy”
