Our High Density Upholstery Foam (Everflex) is engineered for resilient comfort and long service life. Choose your sheet size, firmness, and thickness, then trim to fit benches, dining chairs, sofas, and DIY projects with clean, square edges.
Good to know: Foam is off-gassed in our warehouse prior to fabrication. Any light new-foam scent dissipates with normal ventilation.
✨ Looking for a more economical option? Shop our budget-friendly alternative - Medium Density Upholstery Foam .
How should I choose firmness? Lower ILDs (firmnesses) feel plusher and compress more; higher ILDs feel more supportive with less sink. Medium and Medium-Firm are balanced choices for mixed-use seating.
What thickness should I pick? Thicker foam increases pressure relief and plushness; thinner foam feels firmer and more supportive. Seat cushions often use mid-range thicknesses; backs typically use thinner foam.
Can I cut this foam at home? Yes—use a long, sharp blade or electric carving knife and steady, single-direction passes along a straightedge.
Will it soften over time? A brief break-in is normal. High-resiliency foam is made to retain rebound and support for years under typical use.
Is it safe for indoor use? Everflex meets CertiPUR-US® standards for content, emissions, and durability.
Coverage: 15-Year Limited Warranty, prorated after 7.5 years. Covers visible indentations beyond normal use. Does not cover localized firmness changes, odors, or cosmetic wear from use.
